LiveLOOK Co Browsing enables Customer Service Representatives to establish instant visual connections with customers’ screens in real-time while simultaneously communicating using phone or chat. The LiveLOOK difference is the service is completely browser-based, requiring absolutely no download. LiveLOOK runs over standard Internet ports 80/443, there are no firewall or anti-malware flags triggered for the consumer resulting in positive customer experiences. The result is increased revenue and customer satisfaction and potentially shorter call handling times.

Beneficial applications:

SUPPORT – a first-level tech support rep sees customers’ screen and use the mouse to point to things on the customer’s screen without having to ask the customer to download a conferencing software app. A supervisor or second-level tech support rep can join a conference in progress silently to observe, or with the customer’s permission take control of the remote computer.
